Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may occasionally be extended due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances — the actual timeline will prevail.

Shipping Destination We currently ship from China to the United States.

Shipping Method We ship via USPS. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can track your shipment using the 17TRACK app (www.17track.net) for real-time updates on your package status.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 12–18 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. The actual delivery timeline shall prevail.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $50: Free shipping
  • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $12.00

Customs & Duties Our products are shipped from China. In most cases, no import duties are charged for personal-use orders shipped to the United States. However, customs policies vary and any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost, Delayed & Undeliverable Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hellochenyl2025@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist you, including helping file a USPS claim when applicable.

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the seller's responsibility.
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as missing may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
