Due to differences in lighting, handmade production, printing processes, or measurement methods, slight variations in color, size, and details may occur. The physical item shall prevail. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

All Sales Are Final All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Quality Issues — Eligibility Requirements We only accept after-sales claims for verified quality defects. To be eligible, you must:

  • Submit your claim within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Contact us at hellochenyl2025@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items with no quality defect (change of mind, incorrect size selection, etc.)
  • Items without an unboxing video as proof
  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Orders with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Return Shipping If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued as store credit to your account, or returned to your original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue. We will confirm the refund method with you upon approval.
